50+ Vendors
We will have over 50 local vendors attending the Ottawa Christmas Market. There will be a wide range of shopping options available, including holiday gifts, traditional Christmas themed items, unique food, and beverage options and much more!
New Schedule
In 2025, the market will continue to operate past Christmas with some dates between Christmas and New Years with continued entertainment and attractions. We will have a full schedule for all ages! Take in the holiday lights, decorations, and music, and remember to visit Santa!
Workshops
Bring the kids for free crafts at Santa’s Workshop. The workshop will also feature Christmas Cocktails and Crafts! Gather your friends and dive into craft-making while savoring local food and beverages.
How To Apply
To apply, please click on the below button and complete the application form by July 15, 2025 at 5PM. Applications will be reviewed by the Ottawa Christmas Market Committee Members and successful vendors will be notified via email by August 15, 2025.
The selected vendors will be required, as a condition of participation, to sign a TD Place Facility Use Agreement prior to being granted permission to participate in the OCM. The Agreement sets out the terms and conditions of vendors’ participation. Failing to sign will lead to an applicant’s application being rejected.

Vendors must be set-up at least one hour before the OCM opens each day. It is mandatory for vendors to be open on time and stay open for the entire day the OCM is open.
The Ottawa Christmas Markets’ days and hours of operations are as following:

New Years Eve: Wednesday, December 31, 2025
HOURS:
Thursdays: 4PM to 9PM
Fridays: 4PM to 10PM
Saturdays: 10AM to 10PM
Sundays: 10AM to 8PM
December 31: 4PM to 1AM
